This engineering plot that covered 62,755 square meters is perched on new city sector, Da dukou district, Chongqing city. Design code based on the built-up environment, then start from there, trying our best to build a high performance residential community in21st century which contained some factors such as landscape, park, landmark, intelligence, and so on. ART DECO building typology is taken as a part of whole building typology. However, made a little bit of distinctions between individual building typology, the final output of ART DECO are showing amazing landscape to viewers. Particular ART DECO building complex will be respected as the landmark and representative visual image, spiritual symbol as well. In such a case, showing the community spirit and culture of Chongqing’s new era, all outputs ultimately cause a strong sense of identification for their own position and community.
