2017年11月10日至12日，英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）、中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院、重庆市规划研究中心共同承办了第二届英国皇家建筑师学会国际青年规划师设计工作坊（重庆站）。
本次活动的目的是为国内外青年规划师提供学术交流和相互学习的机会，并通过与经验丰富的国际大师高强度紧密合作，培养青年规划才俊，建立广泛的跨国界学术交流与工作平台。
仁浩设计机构的规划设计师龚海祥、建筑方案设计师吴明中，以及能量设计中心研究员郑屹参加了此次工作坊，其中郑屹所在的第二设计小组与第四小组并列获得规划设计竞赛一等奖。
活动期间，能量设计中心研究员郑屹还为工作坊国外导师和中方专家提供了口译服务，包括英国皇家建筑师学会会员Matthew Priestman，苏格兰建筑设计评审会主席Roddy Langmuir，英国皇家特许测量师学会会员Andrew Noel Baldwin，皇家特许工程师学会会员Michael A P Murray，以及重庆市规划局总规划师余颖、重庆市规划研究中心主任林立勇、中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院院长张圣海、中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院副院长肖礼军等专家。
工作坊介绍
本届工作坊荟聚了来自全国五湖四海的18位规划界新秀，他们在三天时间内，在英国皇家建筑师学会4位导师的助攻下，针对重庆一个极具城市发展代表性的实际项目场地，分组角逐最优的规划设计方案。
主题：Adaptive City （PIPA / YANZEYAN / MATOU / YANGTSE ISLAND）适应性城市（印制一厂 / 燕子岩 / 飞机码头 / 长江 / 珊瑚坝）
工作地址：重庆市渝中区枇杷后街印制一厂
工作内容：在导师的指导下利用3天的时间完成一个实际项目的快题设计，并分组角逐最优的规划设计方案。
导师名单：由英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）派出的4名资深设计导师、中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院及重庆市规划研究中心的相关专家组成。
项目主题
“适应性城市”工作坊致力于解决历史中心城市有关适应、更新和持续发展等问题。
我们的项目基地从枇杷印制厂一直延伸到长江和旧机场码头，具有多样的地形变化、多功能的建筑群和丰富的历史文化。
重庆老城天际线随着发展已经发生了巨大改变——未来的城市和枇杷山应该采取什么样的形式去展现?
城市和长江的历史关系已经被拥挤的道路和废旧的建筑破坏——我们如何才能使这种基本动力在当代重新展现？
我们如何利用私人空间打造公共场地？
我们如何将政府和当地的需求与私人投资和商业经营相结合？
对于城市规划师和建筑师来说，挑战在于理清这种复杂关系和进行协商，这是提出该地区发展建议的基础。
我们的目标是创造有意义的城市空间和建筑，让他们能传承历史文化，能自信地作为现代环境的一部分彰显风采。
The adaptive city workshop will addresses the many questions concerning adaptation, renewal and enduring development in historical central city locations.
Our project site stretches from the Pipa printing factories down to the Yangtse River and the island of the old airport and has a dramatic topography, diverse functions & architectures and rich histories.
The skyline of Chongqing’s walled city has radically changed in modern times - what form should the future city and Pipa Shan take?
The historic relationship between city and river has been compromised by busy roads and underused buildings - how can we resurrect a contemporary version of this fundamental dynamic?
How can we entwine public domain with private space?
How can we combine the roles of public government and local needs with private sector investment and commercial priorities?
The challenge for the architect and urban designer is to understand these complex interactions and negotiations and to use them as a basis for a new set of proposals for the site.
The goal is to create meaningful urban spaces and architectures with tangible links to the city’s past while confidently being part of the present.

国外导师介绍
Matthew Priestman
普林斯曼建筑事务所合伙人、英国皇家建筑师学会会员、英国皇家建筑师学会香港分会指导委员会委员、英国皇家建筑师学会中国西南区分论坛代表、香港中文大学教授，曾任英国知名设计公司Wilkinson Eyre Architects国际项目总监以及全球范围内最大的也是最多元化的建筑设计公司之一的RMJM HONGKONG的全球设计董事。
Matthew Priestman
BSc (Edinburgh) Dip Arch, RIBA, ARB UK
Partner at Priestman Architects London, Hong Kong, Chongqing. Matthew is closely involved in the many urban questions of modern China through work on real projects with his practice Priestman Architects now based in Chongqing, teaching in Chongqing and Hong Kong and through organising events and workshops in China. Matthew Priestman has worked extensively on planning, urbanism and large scale architectural projects in the UK, Middle East, Russia and China. He set up his own practice Priestman Architects London in 1994, Hong Kong in 2012 and Chongqing in 2013.Priestman Architects has grown through winning international design competitions and building projects including offices, mixed-use and housing, and through planning, landscape and urban design propositions. The practice has specialised in developing inventive user-focused solutions which optimise the potential of the site and client’s brief.
Roddy Langmuir
建筑专业优秀硕士毕业生，建筑师。在英国及国外的文化、建筑、居住建筑领域拥有三十年丰富的规划设计经验。普林斯曼建筑事务所执行负责人之一，主管设计工作。苏格兰建筑设计评审会主席。2013年，担任英国皇家建筑师学会奖和凯恩戈姆山国家公园设计奖评审会主席。2014年，参与2015米兰世博会英国馆设计评审。同时，也是体育领域富有才华的运动员。
Roddy Langmuir

Roddy is a superb designer with 30 years of experience of creating beautiful cultural, educational and residential buildings and masterplans in the UK and abroad. He is one of our Practice Leaders with responsibility for design. Roddy chairs design review panels for Architecture and Design Scotland and lectures widely. In 2013 he chaired juries for the RIBA Awards and the Cairngorms National Park Design Awards, and in 2014 he was on the jury panel for the UK's Milan Expo 2015 Pavilion. Roddy is a talented athlete in many arenas.
Andrew Baldwin
